On November 1, 2015, the China Electric Power Enterprise Federation organized a "disc suspension insulator RTV" developed by Chengdu Tuoli Technology Co., Ltd.The scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of the project "Automatic Dip Coating Integration Technology for Coating Automation" and "Post Insulator Component RTV Coating Automation Dip Coating Integration Technology.
The appraisal committee is composed of people from Tsinghua University, General Institute of Electric Power Planning and Design, China Electric Power Research Institute, Xi'an High Voltage Electrical Apparatus Research Institute, State Grid Corporation, State Grid Corporation AC Construction Branch, State Grid Corporation DC Construction Branch, State Grid Corporation Operation Branch, Southern Grid UHV Company, China Southern Power Grid Research Institute, Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Blue Chenguang Chemical Research Institute, National Insulator Lightning Arrester Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and Inspection Center, Power Equipment Quality Inspection Center composition of experts.
The appraisal committee heard the development summary and other reports and reviewed the appraisal data. After discussion, the following appraisal opinions were formed:

1. The integrated technology of automatic dip coating of disc suspension insulator RTV coating has the following characteristics:
(1) This integrated technology is suitable for the coating of various disc-shaped suspension porcelain and glass insulators;
(2) The insulator coating dipped by this technology has good adhesion, no leakage, no dripping, no obvious accumulation, no bubbles, uniform thickness, and good product batch quality stability;
(3) The special equipment of this technology has the advantages of flexible and adjustable parameter setting, controllable, convenient assembly, simple operation and high production efficiency;
(4) Compared with the traditional spraying process, the production process has no dust pollution, greatly reduces the amount of organic solvent and reduces the emission of volatile organic solvent.
2. The coatings used in this technology meet the power industry standards and the technical requirements of the Lingshuo UHV DC project.
3, the technology has been in the ± 800kV Lingshao project batch application, the user response is good.

3, the technology has been in the ABB252kV equipment with post insulator products on the batch application, the user response is good.
