Two-component addition (condensation) glue
Features: Tuoli potting silicone rubber includes two-component addition glue and two-component condensation glue. Two-component addition silicone rubber, before curing, has good fluidity, moderate operation time, convenient operation when used (the two components are mixed in equal proportion), small shrinkage rate after curing, no small molecule by-product release during curing, good high temperature and low temperature resistance (-65~250 ℃), high thermal conductivity, good vulcanization reaction resistance and good dielectric properties when sealed at high temperature. When in use, the two components can be mixed evenly according to A:B = 100:100 (weight ratio or volume ratio). The product has two ways to choose from at room temperature and medium temperature curing. It is non-corrosive to metal and non-metal materials and can be cured at the same time inside and outside. In order to increase the bonding performance of the potted element, some components that need better bonding can be pretreated with 7321 series primer before potting. The cured product has excellent electrical insulation properties and chemical stability, as well as good water resistance, ozone resistance, and weather aging resistance. Good adhesion with metal and plastic. Can be used for a long time in -60~200 ℃.
